At IntelliSight, we really did want to strive for that alternative perspective.
There is 40 years of combined optical experience in the team, and that’s very important. But what is equally as important is an enthusiasm for customer service; a willingness to go that extra mile. Not because the business expects it, and the service is delivered begrudgingly; but because there is a genuine empathy with every single person that comes through the door, an empathy that really shows.
Our team is also very local. The team know Redcar, and they totally understand the local community. Again there is a passion for the community here too. A new business on the High Street is good for everyone, we all care about supporting local businesses and community endeavours.
